With such a rapidly evolving technology stack, financial institutions often struggle to maintain seamless integration between systems. At IntellectEU, we empower banks and financial enterprises to connect complex technologies — quickly, securely, and strategically.
Whether you’re modernizing core infrastructure or launching a new payments initiative, we ensure your systems speak the same language. Our teams help clients unlock the full value of Swift’s evolving API portfolio through targeted business analysis and enablement services. But our expertise goes well beyond Swift: we also design and implement integrations for a wide range of other solutions, including:
- Verification of Payee (VOP) services
- AML and compliance tools
- AI engines and data enrichment services
- Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), blockchain networks, and Stablecoins
With deep domain expertise and a flexible, technology-agnostic approach, IntellectEU is the integration partner of choice for financial enterprises building the future of finance. We enable banks to connect to a wide ecosystem of solutions, creating interoperability across both established and emerging technologies.
Below, we take a closer look at the key areas where we’re helping clients bridge the gap.
Verification of Payee (VOP): Reducing Risk and Boosting Trust
As authorized push payment (APP) fraud rises, VOP services have become a vital defence. IntellectEU supports integration with national and pan-European VOP providers to ensure secure, real-time name checking within the payment journey. By embedding VOP checks into payment flows – without adding latency – we help institutions enhance customer trust and meet regulatory expectations, all while preserving UX.
AML and Compliance Tools
Anti-money laundering controls are only as effective as the data flowing through them. We enable financial institutions to connect transaction systems with best-in-class AML tools and screening engines. Whether it’s real-time sanction checks, KYC orchestration, or behavioural analytics, our integration services ensure compliance layers are frictionless, responsive, and future-proof.
Embedding AI Engines Across the Financial Stack
The adoption of AI in financial services is accelerating, but many institutions struggle to plug AI models into legacy workflows. We help banks operationalize AI by integrating intelligent engines for use cases like:
Large Language Model Enhancement Through Custom MCPs
By developing custom MCPs, organizations can seamlessly integrate their proprietary data sources, internal APIs, and specialized business logic directly into LLM workflows. This approach transforms generic language models into sophisticated, domain-aware assistants that can access real-time data, execute complex business processes, and maintain consistency with enterprise standards.
No-code Machine Learning &
GenAI Capabilities
Intuitive no-code platforms and visual interfaces enable business users and subject matter experts to build sophisticated machine learning models and generative AI solutions without requiring extensive programming knowledge. Drag-and-drop model building allows automated feature engineering and pre-configured templates for common use cases. Organizations can rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate on AI solutions while empowering domain experts to directly translate their business insights into intelligent automation.
AI for Payments
Smart Payment Interfaces enable your clients to trigger, track and manage payments through conversational channels and embedded apps.
Intelligent Exception & Risk Handling deploys machine learning algorithms for real-time anomaly detection, predictive failure prevention, and dynamic risk parameter adjustment based on evolving threat patterns.
Liquidity & Settlement Optimization uses predictive analytics and reinforcement learning to forecast cash flow requirements, optimize fund positioning across currencies, and intelligently sequence settlements to minimize costs and counterparty exposure.
Rich Data & Analytics transforms payment data into actionable insights through advanced dashboards and predictive modeling, enabling treasury teams to optimize cash management, identify operational inefficiencies, and maintain regulatory compliance with real-time visibility across the entire financial ecosystem.
With careful orchestration, IntellectEU can ensure AI tools are not siloed, but become a powerful part of day-to-day decision-making and automation.
Blockchain Networks and Programmable Stablecoins
Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) is no longer just a frontier technology — it is becoming core infrastructure for programmable finance. We work with banks to integrate DLT platforms across use cases like:
- Tokenized assets and securities settlement
- Cross-border payments
- Digital identity and credentials
Stablecoin-powered AI Agents
One of the most promising combinations of emergent technology lies in DLT, stablecoins, and agentic AI: autonomous agents empowered with reasoning, secure, compliant data access, and transaction capabilities.
Stablecoins offer the programmability, transparency, and instant settlement needed for machine-to-machine economies. When combined with AI agents capable of executing financial tasks (for example, hedging, subscriptions, micro-payments), stablecoins open up radically new business models.
