Explore IntellectEU's latest updates
2026 kicked off with a wave of meaningful developments in Digital Assets and the Canton ecosystem, as well as seeing redoubled efforts across Payment Modenization and Swift, as institutions prepare themselves for all-important migrations taking place this year.

Last month, we launched the official rebrand of our flagship product suite. CatalyX by IntellectEU represents our renewed clarity, focus, and passion for decentralized technologies, with a continued commitment to the Canton Network ecosystem and other existing and emerging DLTs.
For more details, our Head of Product, Jonathan Mayeur speaks on this new chapter in a special episode of our new ‘Canton Insiders’ podcast. Alternatively, we explain what the change means, for IntellectEU and our customers, in a recent blog post.
In other news, IntellectEU provided the infrastructure for the participants of Canton Network's fourth round of on-chain repo transactions, marking the first cross-border intraday repo with tokenized Gilts and the first cross-currency execution against non-GBP deposits.
Alongside LSEG, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Euroclear, Citadel Securities, Tradeweb, Archax, and others, this initiative demonstrated what coordinated, institutional-grade onchain settlement looks like in practice. Read the press release to learn more about the initiative.
We also congratulate Zenith on becoming a Canton Super Validator last month.
Zenith offers a native EVM execution layer for the Canton Network, enabling unmodified Solidity applications to interact atomically with Canton’s privacy-enabled infrastructure. Zenith is one example of the increasing sophistication of Canton’s application ecosystem, and at IntellectEU and CatalyX, we are proud to support Zenith’s network participation through infrastructure enablement.
In an episode of the ‘Inside the Canton Network’ podcast by Launchnodes, IntellectEU’s GTM Lead, Anastasiia Vitmer recently shared insights on the ongoing evolution of the Canton Network. Discussion centered on the strategic updates to the Canton Network incentive model this year, and how CatalyX is adapting its solution to support the ecosystem as it matures.
With the 2026 ISO 20022 migration and replacement deadlines fast approaching, institutions are going all out to ensure their Swift connectivity is secured in time for the June and November cut-offs. IntellectEU has been working closely with customers to deliver, with migrations underway at leading financial institutions.
And with digital assets on the horizon in 2026, financial institutions are increasingly aware of the need to operate across multiple payment rails, integrating more traditional networks with emerging infrastructures, such as blockchain and API-driven services.
IntellectEU’s Catalyst Integration Manager is the resilient and flexible integration layer institutions need to bridge legacy Swift connectivity with modern payment infrastructures. Get acquainted with our solution in a onepage overview or visit the Catalyst webpage.
The year also began with a steady stream of conferences, with our team enjoying the opportunity to connect with industry colleagues from around the globe.
