IntellectEU Participates in Tharimmune Inc.'s Private Placement

We are proud to announce our participation in the landmark private placement led by DRW and Liberty City Ventures, which secured $545 million for Tharimmune Inc. to establish a Canton Coin treasury strategy.

This represents the first time a publicly-traded company has executed a treasury strategy centered on the Canton Network's native token. IntellectEU’s involvement as an investor underscores our confidence in the Canton Network’s value proposition: privacy-enabled interoperability, settlement guarantees, and regulatory alignment for tokenized financial markets.

What this means for the Canton Network:

• Tharimmune will use the capital to both acquire Canton Coin and to operate as a Super Validator.

• The treasury strategy explicitly funds application development on the Canton Network.

• By integrating a publicly-traded company into the Canton ecosystem, the arrangement bridges traditional capital markets with blockchain infrastructure.

‍

IntellectEU's investment in this project furthers our mission within the Canton Network to empower the ecosystem through expertise, enablement, and accessibility.

We look forward to contributing to the Canton Network’s next phase of growth and to working with Tharimmune, the Canton Foundation, and other ecosystem participants to advance tokenization across global capital markets.
